INGREDIENTS
  • 1 bag of cooked potatoes with skin
  • 3.5 oz cream cheese
  • 1.5 oz butter at room temperature
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Thyme
  • Rosemary
  • Salt
  • Pepper
PREPARATION
  1. In a bowl, mix the butter together with the cream cheese, the finely chopped garlic, the aromatic herbs, salt and pepper.
  2. Make a cross-shaped cut on the potatoes, open them and season.
  3. Place a tablespoon of the mixture on each of the potatoes and place in the oven that has been preheated to 200º for 15 min.
