INGREDIENTS
- 1 bag of skinless potatoes
- Freshly ground pepper
- Salt
- 1 pinch of fresh rosemary
- 1 pinch of fresh thyme
- 1 tablespoon of paprika
- Virgin olive oil
- Chimichurri sauce
PREPARATION
- Place the potatoes in a bowl, add the herbs, salt, pepper, paprika and a splash of olive oil
- mix well and place on a pan, place the pan in the preheated oven at 200º until lightly browned.
- When ready, serve along with the chimichurri sauce.
