INGREDIENTS
- 1 bag of cooked potatoes with skin
- 3.5 oz cream cheese
- 1.5 oz butter at room temperature
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Thyme
- Rosemary
- Salt
- Pepper
PREPARATION
- In a bowl, mix the butter together with the cream cheese, the finely chopped garlic, the aromatic herbs, salt and pepper.
- Make a cross-shaped cut on the potatoes, open them and season.
- Place a tablespoon of the mixture on each of the potatoes and place in the oven that has been preheated to 200º for 15 min.
